Very knowledgeable in his field. He is a caring doctor which is very hard to find nowadays.

As usual, on time, kind, understanding, listens, helps with understanding meds, & tests. Very proactive.

Dr. Mark Barney has been my nephrologist since we moved to Las Vegas on 2015. He is very professional, knowledgeable, wise, and kind with his patients. I can attest to that because he is very accommodating in explaining my laboratory tests and other medical issues in a much simpler way that I can understand. Thank you very much for being patient with me.

My mom has been a patient of Dr Barney for over a year , and the improvement on her health has been AMAZING!! I cannot thank him enough, he's the BEST Doctor she's ever been to, he's referred her to other Drs. that have helped her get to her improved health overall. He deserves five + stars I recommend him to everyone , he takes the time to listen, and is very involved in all the tests results that he orders plus the ones that she's had with her other Drs. He has helped her not only improving her kidney functions, but also high blood pressure, meds and improving eating disorders. She went from having kidney decease to a stabilized function, blood pressure is perfect, eating improved immensely more alert, just much more improved quality of life!! Her feet, hands and even her back. It is Friday evening and I don’t know who to call. I called Dr. Barney. He actually returns my phone call and gets a Dr. in there to see her immediately. I don’t know of many doctors who care about their patients that much! He saved us a trip to the ER and a lot of other hassle. Thank goodness we found him when we needed a kidney doctor!!

He is a very caring warm doctor who takes all the time you need and answers all your questions thoroughly.

Over the past 15 years, Dr. Barney has served as my Internist, then nephrologist. Over that time, Dr. Barney has referred me to needed specialists with pinpoint accuracy and continues to be revered in the Las Vegas medical community.

Great doctor. Explains everything in detail. Very pleasant and caring. Goes over medications carefully and explains why he is adding or subtracting medications..Because he has such an excellent "bedside manner" often is late in seeing you, but never tries to "short" you in order to catch up on coming appointments. I've been seeing him for 17 years and have no complaints with him.

I have been a patient of Dr.Barney for 15 years now.There is not one bad experience that I can remember having with him.
