Rushing office. More visits then needed. Could have been better.

After two horrific years, one conventional dentist, endodontist, root canal & lots of expense, I still had pain. Dr. Berkowitz diagnosed the problem in mere seconds. My problem was a bad wisdom tooth, which he extracted quickly & painlessly. My old dentist, who has a five star rating, btw, was concentrating on the wrong tooth. Not willing to deal with it, sent me to an endodontist for several costly appointments and a root canal which failed to cure the persistent pain. I'm hopeful that the molar he worked on really needed a root canal, but the real issue was the wisdom tooth right behind it. They both missed it completely. Needless to say, I never went back. Dr. B also gives ozone treatments which treated infections, saving several teeth, and lots of pain & money. Dr Braun is also proficient in ozone injections, and is a dentist in whom I have complete confidence.

Dr. Garfinkel, and Dr. Braun are excellent. Dr. Berkowitz needs to retire. His dentistry is horrific. He gives great advice on holistic living, but he needs to never hold another drill in his hand. The office is great otherwise. When you schedule, don't schedule with him.

What more do you want from a health care provider. Painless, concerned about my health and the environment ( Mercury Free ). The staff is courteous, thorough and attentive. The office is clean and convenient. I am glad I found him.

Not accommodating. In pain and wouldn't see me that day! Their competitor across street saw me and immediately. Subpar work Husband has filling redone 4 times and still not good. Rip off- service performed and was not told of cost before and then when I got the charge the dentist Dr Berkowitz said it was only a $150.00 procedure didn't think it was necessary to inform the patient. A patient who has no insurance should always be informed especially when the alternative to his procedure could of been a $5.00 antibiotic
