I have been under the care of Mark Bernhard for 20 years. in that time I have been misdiagnosised twice for my care and once for my son. Also his staff are the most rude people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The never return calls and when you do speak with them they are very rude and make you feel like you are nothing but a bother to them. At one point he cared for my entir family who have for years told me to get another Dr. My children are all grown now and None of them chose to stay with Dr. Bernhard even though they are all still local. He and his staff are the worst.

Office staff canceled my wife's sick visit appointment because she was only 15 minutes early rather than 30 minutes early. They were extremely rude and belligerent to her and nurse came out and got in her face for telling me on the phone that staff was being aggressive. They also billed me 3 times for a visit I paid after the first bill.

I went in to get a lab work review and there was little waiting time. The staff and nurse were courteous and Dr. Bernhard who is always caring, polite and soft spoken went over my tests very thoroughly. He asked me pertinent questions regarding the tests and recommended ways to improve those that seemed slightly abnormal either by diet or medication. His bedside manner is always friendly and I respect his opinion and have never had a problem with the healthcare. He always seems concerned and solves any of my problems. I would recommend to my friends or family

Leaving due to office staff/nurses being hard to get ahold of and rude. Nurse gives one word answers and just goes through the motions. Takes forever to receive requested paperwork if at all. No call if appointments are running late or paperwork is delayed. Office is outdated.

Only saw doctor a few times but that was enough to know we do not matter to him. Not sure why you are in business to care for people. His nurse is the most rude and angry lady. She does not listen and she argued with us about our care. No follow up with lab orders we had to go in wait for 30 minutes after three days of trying to get a phone call about the lab results that were done a week before, to be treated rudely by the nurse once we were able to see her.

Time to find a new doctor. Every one of my visits had ended up the same way, get blood work done, no follow up response and initial issue remains unresolved. Truly makes you feel as if he is doing you a favor by seeing you. If you have low expectations Dr. Bernhard is certain to please you.

Although I have no real issues with Dr Bernhard, the office staff is the worst I have ever encountered. Rude is an understatement.

My children have grown up with Dr. Berhard I have been his patient for about 20 years.He is soft spoken, tender and caring. He remembers things you wont expect a Dr. to remmeber, from years ago and this amazes me. He takes the time to listen before talking. He is a great Dr. and a very caring human being.

THE Dr and nurse were very professional and caring. However the receptionist staff another story, rude and barely acknowlede that you are ther. they were having personal dicussions that seemed more important than me the patient???
