A Great Dr. who is very smart, patient, prompt and most importantly compassionate. Relatable and down to earth good person.

Great surgeon he really cares about his patients. He always follows up at home after surgery.

Dr. Bulman is a most caring physician. He spent time with me explaining my X-rays. He drew pictures of the knee joint, as he spoke in an unhurried manner. He is very thorough and honest in explaining options. He is patient and kind while waiting for a decision from me re: those options. He is personable.....easy to converse with and puts one at ease, inviting questions.

In a perfect world you could custom-design your Doctor. He would be above all, patient and kind. He would listen! Of course education and experience goes without saying. But it is really the overall character of the man which includes making the patient feel completely comfortable and confident with him. You know you will always be well cared for. Then to add the icing, he would have the most amazing Medical Assistant named Ann. She is always there for you - and returns your calls promptly. That's almost unheard of in this day. I can honestly say I feel blessed to have met these good people and will be proud to recommend them to all.

Awful experiance...arrogant

Dr. Bulman is a great doctor. He is very professional but at the same time extremely caring. He is a joy to be around and have a doctor. The office staff is also super friendly and very poilite. I have recommended Dr. Bulman to many of my friends!
