Dr. Mark David Chase

He’s the kind of orthopedist that rushes you through an evaluation and gives you a script for PT. He’s essentially passing you off to someone else because he doesn’t care. He will not listen to your concerns and will treat you like you’re incompetent. He was insulting and sexist.

I was referred by a retired nurse to see Dr. Chase. I fell and broke my right elbow. I had an X-ray at Mountainside hospital and saw Dr. Chase a few days later. He ordered another cat scan and spent a great a great deal of time explaining the results. I did not need surgery. Dr. Chase spent time showing me how to wrap the arm and use the sling. He was compassionate and caring. I will see him in a week and will need physical therapy. I was very impressed with his demeanor and kindness. I highly recommend Dr. Chase. Dr. Chase was compassionate caring and gave me medical advice. As busy as he was he took the time to show me how to wrap the arm and wear the sling. Dr. Chase exceeded my expectations for my myself and my husband's ortho needs. Highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Chase for almost 2 years and have only high praise for not only the surgury performed, but the overall patient care I receive. Having been to other Orthopedic surgeons, he far excels in patient care.

I had a severe case of carpal tunnel syndrome. Dr. Chase operated on me and was very honest about the prognosis, telling me it could take up to a year to regain normal hand function. Sure enough, there was improvement each month, and after a year I was fully recovered. I highly recommend him.
