Dr. Mark Alan Chastain, MD

I believe and in my humble opinion that I suffered discrimination, prejudice, malpractice, disrespect, and other negatives from Mark A Chastain, Arthur Hudson, a pretender PA, Wendy Madison, a most unprofessional MA, and others of this practice due to their unprofessionalism and abuse of patients. Mark A Chastain would not get involved and would not response to messages sent to him through his staff. The office managers and staff would not get involved either. The have NO ONE to take complaints or grievances. I believe money is more important to them all than the patients themselves. Mark Chastain dumped the patients who helped him get started into the lap of a PA (higher paid nurse) when he moved to the location he is at now. No notice, nothing. I was in shock when I had made an appointment to see Dr. Chastain for my unique form of cancer he has followed since early 2006, when in 2016 or 2017 a PA by the name of Arthur Hudson walked in the exam room and said I would be seeing him from… then on, except for the Mohs surgery. No supervision which is required by an MD at all, except for reports. Dr. Chastain betrayed us by dumping us into the unsupervised hands of the PA and MA. The MA puts words into the patients mouth as well and is very disrespect and discriminates against anyone who questions her or points out her mistakes. Those who were asked to deliver messages and answer the phone were also unprofessional and did not want to get involved since the office managers would not. The PA said he respected his MA for all the wrongdoing on her part. The PA also took the position of many specialists in medicine and gave me a wrongful prognosis and diagnosis as a cardiologist. Enough said, Skin Cancer Specialist I believe NOT to be a safe place to visit.

I find Dr. Chastain to be very professional and efficient. his staff is very good as well, always communicating and asking you how you feel. i recommend him and the staff very highly

Very good experience. Was apprehensive but there was no issue and everything went smoothly without a hitch.

Dr. Chastain and his entire staff put me at ease immediately. They were professional, attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Each step of my basal cell removal was explained and my comfort was of utmost importance. I would recommend them to everyone!
