If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not use their aesthetic services! I've been before for Botox, but this time, the provider, Claudette, argued (rudely and condescendingly, actually) with me about what I wanted, then told me they had to use more than I wanted because they had a 30-unit minimum - which wasn't the case when I was there before. That would have been $120 more than I paid the previous visit. I had to leave to go to a work meeting before we could finish the conversation (it was already a half hour after my appointment time when she came in the room), and I went to the front to reschedule for the next week when I had more time to discuss the treatment and so I could prepare for the additional expense - they called me afterward to say they were keeping my $100 deposit because the provider talked to me and I didn't allow the procedure. Seriously, avoid this practice at all costs!
