Dr. Mark Thomas Collins, MD

Very poor communication style. Awkward presence. Seems to over-schedule unnecessary follow-ups for almost every issue. Often have to wait to be seen, but on the other hand had him refuse to see me for a scheduled appointment because I arrived 9 minutes late. I've had a few PCPs and have always been happy with them, until Dr. Collins. Would not recommend at all.

If your female, don't bother going to Dr. Mark Collins. He does not take you seriously and his attitude that you don't matter is deafening! I just had surgery 6 days ago. Called him 3 days ago because I was not feeling well at all and told them that "something is off". He apparently didn't think an appointment was necessary and apparently didn't think doing blood work was necessary because the only thing he ordered was a calcium level and NOTHING else. I was wondering about the calcium level as well but also said that something was off & that I felt better on Sat & Sun than I felt on Monday, & Tuesday...something was wrong!!! To ask for blood work isn't asking much!!!!... and would expect a Dr to test more than just a Calcium level when someone who just had surgery is still not feeling well to rule out possible anemia from bleeding or something else!!!!! If your female stay away from this guy if you actually want medical care & to be taken seriously!!!!!

We have been seeing doctor Collins for a over a year. He has been very attentive and efficient in handling our needs. He follows through with every phase of our treatment. We are happy with the service we receive from his office.

I began seeing Dr. Collins a month ago. He is the most caring, concerned doctor I have ever been to. He is extremely thorough and to me that is what makes a difference. His office staff is also incredible. I got calls on an almost daily basis to check up on me. My only regret is not meeting this doctor long long ago. If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to become his patient, do it. You will never look back.

My husband and I landed in Doctor Collins office after our PCP retired last year. Since one year we are in the care of doctor Collins and we are very happy.

Wait times are always horrendous.
