Exceptional professionalism. That's how I would describe my encounter with this practice. I had a tooth removed after a problematic experience with a crown/root canal. A cyst formed superior to my upper first molar. long story short, he removed both the tooth and the cyst in a timely manner while explaining all the step to my level of comprehension. Good job, Gold Star!

Dr. Craig throughly explained the procedure and post surgery expectation. His support staff both administrative and medical are very compassionate and professional.I have had many tooth extractions, none as pain free both during the procedure and after surgery .

I have had 2 implants done by Dr Craig and they have been done with the best care and professionalism I have ever experienced with a dental specialist. The staff is great and the attention to details and the patient are excellent.

This is doctor is excellent and the service provided is great. However, the problem I had with them is with their billing. First off, they give me an estimate, supposedly after checking with the insurance, saying all the procedures required are covered by the insurance. I had to pay certain amount out of pocket. I paid that and got the procedures done. Then they send an invoice saying some procedures are not covered by the insurance, so I have to pay. When I call insurance, right off they tell me that particular procedure is not included in my benefits. Of course these billing people couldn't care less, and just want the money. Here's the kicker, though. Because insurance doesn't cover that particular procedure, they say they don't have to go by their contracted rate, so I had to pay at their list price, which almost twice that of the contracted rate.Looking back, I wonder if they deliberately lied in their original estimate. Anyways, people, just be careful with their billing… practices. Their estimate means nothing. You just take the procedure codes from them and check yourself with your insurance. I learned it the hard way.

Dr. Craig removed my wisdom teeth. I was initially nervous, but had heard good things about him. My procedure took place at the Surgery Center at Craig Ranch (which also was wonderful). I experienced little pain and a quick recovery. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Craig extracted two of my wisdom teeth a couple of years ago and he did such an amazing job. I hardly waited at all for my appointments and the staff there was awesome. I was really scared to have the surgery and he made me feel a million times better about it. He was very informative, had wonderful bedside manner, and the surgery went great. Overall I had a really good experience with him and I will be going to back to him to have my other two wisdom teeth extracted.
