Dr Mark Crump

from the time I checked in until the time I checked out the staff was constantly talking on the phone or in person to someone and each patient got the same attention

I have been a patient of Dr. Crumps more than 10 years. He is very attentive and accurate in diagnosis. He has AWESOME staff and nurses! Sue and Robin are superb! When you call the office you actually get a person and NOT a recording.

Dr. Crump is a good doctor but his office staff is the pits. The last appointment we had at his office we waited for over 2 hours. The staff had forgotten about us. We have also had problems getting authorization for a prescription that the doc wrote and have been trying to get this filled for 2 weeks now and the office staff has not yet faxed the appropriate paperwork. When called about this the woman that answered the phone was very rude and told me that it was not her problem and that they have done what they were supposed to do!! 2 weeks and still no prescription for a blood thinner to prevent stroke!!! Completely unacceptable! Will be finding another doctor to go to!

We're so pleased with him. Our family feels at ease with Dr. Crump, we know he listens and he has never let us down. A true Christian.
