Dr. Mark Dobriner, MD

Dr. Dobriner operated on me in 2008 for colon cancer. He successfully eliminated it and it has never returned in 12 years. Highly recommend.

Doctor Dobriner took a very conservative approach to a decades old anal fissure that I had. He ended up doing surgery and it was a miracle. No side effects, no complications, I am healed and pain free for five years now,after 25 years of pain. I recommend Doctor Dobriner without hesitation for the specialist he is.

Dobriner treated my mother. I would not wish him on my worst enemy.I brought her to his office in an ambulate and she was in terrible distress . He kept us waiting over an hour without giving her a private room to lie down in. She was screaming and writhing in pain . I will never forget Dr. Dobriner - a true monster. My mother died shortly after this unforgettable office visit .She was impacted and Dobriner refused to give her anything for the pain. Pain meds constipate you so that was his reason She was in her 90’s , and had he given her something she would have passed away calmly instead of the painful exit she suffered .

Dr D and his team , both in the office and at St Francis Hospital help remove a blockage I have had. He was caring and informative..... Great job !!!!

Dr. Dobriner was a total pro from start to finish. He and his staff were first rate and provided everything I could have hoped for. Its been 11 months since my surgery and I feel wonderful. Highly recommend him if you need a great surgeon.

He is a great doctor. I was in terrible pain for years going to another colon doctor who misinformed me. I finally got referred to this doctor who immediately found the problem. its been almost a year since my surgery and I am now feeling better than I have in years. Staff is friendly. Had to wait a little for appointments but not too bad- less than 30 minutes.

This doctor is a life saver. My colonoscopy found hundreds of polyps and I was sent to a doctor in garden city. He wanted to do a total removal with an ostomy J pouch. I went for second opinion to Dr. Dobriner and glad I did. He found a much less invasive option and now 3 months later I feel great. His PA is wonderful. I called her countless times with questions and concerns and she walked me through it over and over.

It does not seem like this doctor cares about his patients. It seems like it's a chore for him to talk to me.

This doctor is very in compassionate. He is also very rude and spends no more than 5 minutes with you in the room. Very uncaring. Acts like he doesn't care less. It's disgraceful
