I moved back to Texas a couple years ago. Dr. Drogin was my Physician for many years prior to my move to Florida. My first order of business when I returned was to see a physician with my numerous health issues and I wanted to see Dr. Mark Drogin. He is THE BEST OF THE BEST! Prior to my move DR. Drogin noticed on a CT a number of cysts he believed to be suspicious and told me to seek medical attention the moment I was settled in. Don’t you I was super busy forgot the conversation and went on with my life. Then I woke several days in a row with fatigue and symptoms of abdominal pain. My brain fished that info back out remembering the conversation I had with him. I saw someone at the hospital who did not thin anything was wrong. They tested me again and stated they were just cysts. I had them contact Dr. Drogin’s office for my records with his detailed assessment. I went home discharged from the hospital and disgusted no one listened. A few days later I ended up back at the hospital.… This time another test different ER doctor. I was admitted! A couple days later the Dr. on staff tell us he will be releasing me but he wanted me to IMMEDIATELY UPON DISCHARGE FIND A SURGICAL GYNECOLOGICAL ONCOLOGY! Moffitt Cancer Center it was and I was immediately operated on. After I was told I had 31 cystic/lesions one was cancerous the rest benign. One weighing 11pounds. I ended up gettting some chemo from a different local doctor because Moffitt was 2 hours from my residence. The Dr. who gave the chemo stated that Dr. Drogin had great cause for concern as I ended up septic. Had I not remembered t hug e conversation and taken him seriously I would have died within days! Dr.Drogin saved my life! His staff is so very professional and has always been super nice and caring to me as well as my family. He was my grandmother’s primary care doctor and she lived to be 94 because of many of his recommendations. He also sees my mother and father. I have great respect for his staff and appreciate all they have done for me and my family. They took me back as a patient immediately upon my return. His office wait is about 30min sometimes but I would sit all day and not complain. They are truly extraordinary when I lit comes to care. Sincerely, JBBall

1. Front receptionist lady is rude, not compassionate and has an attitude that has no place when dealing with sick or especially mentally ill people. 2. Even with an appointment made 3 months in advance I still have to wait over 2 hours before being seen and then i'm only seen by Dr. Mark Drogin for five minutes or less. 3. I have been seeing him for many years and he has given up on me. Doesn't seem to care and is not compassionate when I have constant thoughts of ending my life. 4. All he asks is about the medications and even though i'm 30 years old he treats me like i'm a child. It is upsetting and makes me feel even more depressed due to his lack of care. He will not listen or respond to anything you say and won't take anything you say seriously. 5. I may not know as much as a doctor but i've spent most my life learning all about the brain, anatomy, medicine, my mental illnesses. He still ignores what I have to say. 6. He is my only option for help and yet the last time I… saw him I left crying and he said nothing or did nothing to help ease me. Horrible doctor for people with mental illness.

Dr. Stopped taking Humana, so now I'm back to paying out of pocket. Thanks Obama. I used to just pay outa pocket. Dr gives you the time you need. If you are a walk-in, SHOW UP AND HOUR OR TWO EARLY, and be the first one in. They will text or call you if you have a later apt. Other places made me sit for 6 hours. The guy is just. Good old dr. doing his job. My apt was at 9am. I showed up at 8:45. Is 9:55. And I'm out the door.

I have told him he's more popular than the latest Disney ride but worth the wait! I've waited 4+ hours for my bi-annual visits and will continue to happily do so! His nurse is wonderful--some of his office staff is great, others need antidepressants it seems! But he is a kind and caring doctor who is not "running late" but very popular and taking time with each patient--and possibly taking care of emergency mental health issues that arise with his patients that need his psychiatric care. Naturally they would jump to the front of the schedule! I am great with signing in, going shopping, and returning when I get a call to do so!

Does not rush you out the door. Actually listens to you. Willing to let you try out prescriptions. Just be honest with him and he will do everything in his power to try to help you. Very nice man. The only thing I'll sqwauk about is his very long wait time. Worth the wait though.

Called for a walk in visit and was told they took my Insurance (OSCAR) but not EPO only PPO, called OSCAR Insurance and they verified that Dr Drogin is under contract with OSCAR Insurance EPO or PPO, My Insurance Agent put the receptionist on a conference call with me and she would not even give the Insrance agent her name, she gave him the billing Department phone number and HUNG UP ON Us??? Very RUDE of Her, Would not Recommend this Doctor to Anyone until they get a Decent Staff and straiten out their Insurance Contracts?? You should know that, After all you are a Doctor Practicing Medicine, And Your Staff members SHOULD always treat everyone with respect!!! Especially the Insurance company not to Mention the Patient ALSO!!!! Get you affairs in order, As I am Filing a Complaint with The Medical Board and The BBB, does not even deserve a 1 star rating after what I and my Insurance Agent went through today Horrible, Just Awful

Unprofessional staff, dr drogin spends 5 minutes with you and prescribes one thing after another without actually listening or caring. Been coming here 5 years and he doesnt even know my name. Drogin and receptionists are the rudest drs ive ever had, its time i get a new doctor

You have to wait to see Dr Drogin but it is well worth the wait. He spends as much time as needed with you to hear your problems and discuss solutions.

The staff is rude and is always late. Don't seam to have it together. They don't check blood pressures which to me is the minimum they could do, but are obsessed with weight. They don't smile and don't seem to like working with the public. Lately, even the doctor appears to be in a bad mood all the time. Why does the doctor keeps the staff, namely his rude nurse, working there is beyond me? Don't waste your time. Go where you are treated with courtesy.
