Dr. Mark David Eden, MD

Our whole family has seen Dr. Eden for 16 years. No matter what issue we go in for, he is always caring and listens to us, gives us a thorough exam and appropriate testing for our illness. When there is an issue that is outside his scope of practice, he lets us know what doctors treat that condition and gives us the option of who we want to see for treatment. He treats us like his own family and doesn't beat around the bush. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Appointments for urgent or sick visits are made promptly, usually the same day that I call, and you get a real person when you call, not a machine! They do work in sick patients, so sometimes there is a longer wait, but we don't mind waiting as long as we can get seen by someone that we trust like Dr. Eden. The staff is very quick to return phone calls and call in prescriptions so there is less wait time at the pharmacy. We love Dr. Eden and will continue to recommend him to anyone needing a family doctor.

Great Dr. my kids love him he is very good at what he does. Very loving with his patients. All my family sees him for a Dr. Couldn't find a better one!

My whole family has gone to doctor Eden ever since I could remember and he delivered both my sons. Ive never been happier with a doctor. He has always been kind, patient and trustworthy in his decisions and diagnosis'. He is able to be personal with you without being too familiar and he makes you feel like when you are speaking with him that it is YOUR time by paying full attention to you and make sure all your concerns are acknowledged. The ONE problem he has in his office is his receptionist. Ask any of his patients and they would probably have a story or two to tell about dealing with her. She is horrible at making appointments and ALWAYS overbooks so make sure to be ready to wait one to two hours past your appointment time no matter how long you've been scheduled. Its also obvious that she's had very little training in running insurance information or even using a fax machine and she's HORRIBLE over the phone. Ive never been sure why or how Dr. Eden puts up with her. I usually try… to go through Nurse Wendy to book appointments. At least she's courteous. Thats my one and only complaint though and any rating that is given that is less than 4 stars is due to her. We love you but, PLEASE REPLACE YOUR SECRETARY DR. EDEN!!!

Dr. Eden has cared for my entire family (including 3 teenagers and a toddler) for the last 16 years. He is well balanced, know what medications to prescribe when, is open to alternative treatments, and has, on several occasions over the years, discerned that an issue was more of an emotional/spiritual one than a physical one. He genuinely cares for my family's well-being, not just our physical health.

I have been with Dr. Eden for 18 (almost 19) years. I would not take my family to any other doctor. He has always been caring, genuine and prompt. He delivered both of my children, therefore, he is practically family (which is the way I feel each time I go to see him!)

I've had Dr Eden as my GP since he came to Fredericksburg. He has supported me is ways most Physicains wouldn't. Most of all he is just the most caring and knowledgable doctor I have even gone to and wouldn't see anyone else.

I find Dr. Eden to be the most gentle and knowledgeable doctor I have experienced. He takes action when necessary and so far has been "spot on" with his diagnoses with me. I just love him.

This guy is such a good doctor. I wish I'd found him years ago. He is excellent at diagnosing and jumping right on your concerns and ailments. His bedside manner is very gentle. Just love him!
