Dr. Mark P Feinsilber, PhD

I cannot recommend Dr. Feinsilber highly enough. He is truly one of the kindest and most compassionate professionals I have ever encountered. As a clinical psychologist, he combines extensive knowledge with genuine empathy and care for his patients. Dr. Feinsilber helped my daughter receive an accurate diagnosis for her struggles at school, which was life-changing for our family. Beyond the diagnostic work, he provided invaluable psychological support and therapy during some of our most challenging times. What sets him apart is his willingness to go above and beyond, he personally reached out by phone to help resolve issues with the school system and provided all necessary documentation with remarkable speed and efficiency. I must also mention his office manager, Gabriele who is equally exceptional. She goes far beyond her job description to ensure patients are well cared for. Her dedication, empathy, and responsiveness even answering messages during late hours are truly rare to… find in today’s busy clinical practices. Whether you’re seeking a comprehensive psychological evaluation or therapeutic services, Dr. Feinsilber and his team provide care that is both excellent and heartfelt. I’m deeply grateful for the difference they’ve made in my daughter’s life.

Both Dr. F and Gabriele were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. As a POC, I felt listened to, heard, and considered. Gabriele was helpful and friendly every step of the way and Dr. F was an absolute joy at every step. They were transparent about pricing and communicated effectively when changes were made. I had a wonderful experience with this practice and would recommend them a thousand times over if possible! I cannot thank this practice enough for all of their help!

As a grandparent of a 16 year old, finding a counselor that is a good fit can be a challenge. Dr. Feinsilber is the person who made this happen. After four months of therapy, my grandson leaves the sessions feeling more positive and able to meet the challenges he has been facing. A big part of making this all happen is Gabrielle, the office manager and scheduler of appointments. She is consistently able to work with my grandson's busy schedule, and calls are returned on a timely basis. Gabrielle is friendly and efficient. I appreciated her professional and positive attitude.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional, pushy, and rude throughout my interactions. I was forced to pay a final balance that was never agreed upon from the beginning, which already left me feeling taken advantage of. On top of that, the doctor’s report was full of inaccuracies and even multiple misspellings. The information included did not reflect what was actually discussed, and it felt careless and unprofessional. This comes across as more of a money grab than a place truly focused on patient care. As an African American, I also felt that I was not treated with fairness or respect, which makes me strongly advise others in my community to think twice before coming here. Overall, I left very dissatisfied and cannot recommend this practice.

Dr. Feinsilber is an excellent listener and extremely intuitive, great at understanding what you really mean in what you say. As a bi-polar woman I have had many therapists. I have never had more empathetic and excellent treatment. I am also impressed with the office manager, Gabriele Pollmeier, who ensures patients receive the kindest and most efficient help required.

My family has been working with Dr. Feinsilber for several months now. I have to say that the customer service I have received from his administrator, Gabrielle, is over the top. She always answers the phone which is so rare to find in the healthcare industry these days. She and Dr. Feinsilber are awesome to work with and always so accommodating.

Due to Dr. Feinsilber's office manager Gabriele, I have decided to choose a different psychologist. Through multiple encounters with her, I found that she is extremely rude and insensible. She tends to calls at unseemly hours which I believe is extremely tasteless especially for a medical facility. Because of having an abbreviated conversation with Dr. Feinsilber, I am unable to give a useful review of his quality of work. From my brief conversation with Dr. Feinsilber, I gathered that he is is very friendly, and welcoming. I think my experience would have been more positive if I had a different encounter with his office manager. It's unfortunate that because of imprudence and inappropriate behavior from an office staff I will be giving my business to someone else.

He really helped me through my depression. He is caring and listens carefully to you. I consider him not only my psychologist but a friend as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from depression/anxiety.

Awesome doctor. Would recommend him to anyone. He has been an asset for our family. Very compassionate and dedicated to his patients. Always goes above and beyond what would be standard.
