I recently had to check into the emergency room at the hospital. Dr. Ferris's staff and Dr. Ferris responded to my needs and cared for me throughout the hospital stay. The hospital nurse told me Dr. Ferris spends a lot of time at the hospital. I was impressed with how soon they were able to help me and return me to my home.

Dr Ferris is great. However, his staff if very diffcult, they will not even follow up on un-filled prescriptions after explaining I was completly out of copd medicine which is a very dangerous situation for me.

Dr. Ferris has a very professional approach and has an excellent staff. He is very thorough and explains the problem to me.

I could not be more pleased than with the professionalism and caring in which I was treated by Dr. Ferris. He spent the necessary time with me to be sure all of my problems were resolved.
