Dr. Mark Freije has been my primary care doctor for several years. He is very professional and shows concern for my questions. He calls me with lab results.

I have seen this doctor several times and he is not compassionate and doesn’t take time with you doesn’t explain what’s wrong with you just rushes you through and since then I’ve quit going to him and he’s office staff and nurses aren’t any better they need to do their job besides just getting a pay check would never recommend go somewhere else

Dr. Freije is good at pretending to be listening to you but by the end of the hurried visit, you realize he just doesn't care. He has stated that he would write a prescription for a particular issue only to end up writing one for an over the counter drug you are taking. And then completely dismisses part of the reason you are there. His staff is not much better; getting snippy when you ask for clarification because he left the room and you thought he was coming back. Unfortunately I would avoid at all costs.

What a terrible doctor. He just tried to push you out the door as soon as you arrive. He does not listen and certainly not address the issues presented. The office is so disorganized. Absolutely terrible.

Dr Freije diagnosed my son with ADHD which both parents did not agree to treating with medication for the first treatment plan. Dr Freije prescribed medication at the first visit (the short evaluation that lasted approx 20 minutes). Dr Freije and my sons father continued to keep my son on this medication after I explained my sincere concerns and side effects he was experiencing as well as his grades had slipped. Rather then take in to consideration both parents did not agree and try to come up with another form of treatment he continues to prescribe my son with a dependable stimulant medication. He told me he would recommend a specialist to assist us with a more suitable treatment plan that meets both parents needs but has yet to comply. I am seeking a second opinion for a more cooperative doctor that will put my sons best interest first.

Dr. Friend used to be the best doctor ii had ever had. He was caring and took the time to really try to figure out what the problem was. I have been a patient for about eight years. I don't know what has changed him, although there has been a huge difference since his nurse Lisa left. She was very much as part of the patients healthcare. I don't knoiw if he's burnt out, over loaded, or something has happened iin his personal life. But sadly, what I do know is he's not the same doctor anymore. I've spoken to other patients and even the ladies in the office and I'm not the only one who sees it. If it had happened on one or even two visits I probably would have chalked it up to over work or maybe family loss. However it's continued and gotten worse. I went from recommending him every chance I got to asking everyone if they know a good doctor who cares. That makes me sad.
