For hip replacements, he performs anterior approach …surgeries using computer-assisted navigation and a cosmetically favorable “bikini” incision, while his knee replacements utilize Kinematic Alignment techniques with robotic assistance. Outside of work, Dr. Gillespy enjoys spending time with his wife and their three daughters and visiting their grandchildren in North Carolina.
