Dr. Mark Andrew Goldstein, MD

Today, my mother had an appointment with Dr. Goldstein to have Prolia injected via a Denosumad injection. There were a few things that were concerning. First of all, Dr. Goldstein entered the examination room already wearing gloves. There was no way of knowing whether the gloves were clean or not. He performed the injection without disinfecting the area with an alcohol wipe. After the injection, some of the Prolia secreted from her arm in which he then used the questionable gloves to wipe it and place a band-aid over the injection site. I understand that there may be other patients and other situations that may be considered more urgent, but the blatant carelessness could/may expose my mother to any variety of illnesses. I wasn't pleased with his lack of professionalism.

I had to leave a message for a call back. I received a call back and made an appointment. Unfortunately it is for almost 2 months away. What they said is should there be a cancellation I will be called. This doctor came highly recommended but I am not sure if I can wait. I hope I can.

I have a terrifying experience with the office staff member Joanna who yielded at me from the entrance door to the office because I dared to come 40 minutes too late. I am affected by various health conditions and I was doing my best to be on time, however; I was lost in the middle of the Staten Island and my GPS was not working to help me find the direction. Such a person should never ever have direct contact with suffering people. It was a big humiliation to me to be treated like this.

Dr. Mark Goldstein has accurately and meticulously diagnosed me with a rare autoimmune disease. I will be forever grateful for his relentless pursuit of my illness , and comprehensive treatment of this disease. This life saving diagnosis has given me my life back and i will be forever in his debt. The staff at the Asthma center is exceptional and very professional. They care!

Excellent physician who may live to regret leaving his prior practice. Difficult to find new phone number. Rude message left on your phone reminding you of appointment. And now waiting in office over two hours to be seen by physician. Poor communication regarding previous record retrieval. Doubt I will return. Acoustics in office terrible can hear everything. Just too bad.

Love Dr Goldstein but trying to get in touch with his office is terrible. They never answer the phone. If it's busy I the message tells you to hang up and try again. There is no answering machine if the line is busy

He is considerate and spends as much time with patients as needed. He has been treating me for 13 years and I would not have any other doctor treat me

I have been a patient if Dr. Goldstein for 20 years. I think he is excellent. He is thorough, kind, caring and compassionate. He will always call you back when you leave him a message. I have had very bad flare ups and he helps me each and every time. Hands down, I think he is top notch in his field. I highly recommend him to anyone that is suffering with joint pain and auto immune diseases. Excellent doctor!!!

Dr Mark A Goldstein is one of very few doctors that i have found who truly cares about his patients! He is very knowledgeable in his field and very highly regarded by nurses and other doctors.

He is a great doctor so easy to talk to they get you seen very quickly if you want he'll spend a half hour explaining things to you such a kind gentle person
