Dr. Mark W Green, MD

I have been seeing Dr Green for migraines for about 15 years. He is a true healer, really listens and cares about helping his patients to find relief from chronic pain.. He is always on top of new treatments, usually by the time a new drug or procedure gets in the press we have already tried it. One of the best things about Dr Green is that he does not bring in his ego when he is trying to help you - he is totally open to working with other Dr.s and any healing alternatives that we can find ( and I have tried many, many alternative treatments) all he cares about is helping to rescue you from chronic pain. He is very open minded about naturopathic alternatives like acupuncture and bio feedback. His mission is only to help and support his patients in finding relief, he is not an egotist as so many specialists seem to be. I have been to countless Drs and healers in the past 15 years and Dr Green has stuck by me and fought for me every step of the way. He is the real deal - you could not… find a more caring and smart doctor to guide you through the nightmare that is chronic headache or intractable migraine.I do not know how I would manage this illness without his support, he always manages to keep my expectations realistic while giving me hope that we will find a way out of this pain.If you need a real partner and a healer, this is your man.

Dr Green is honest and very kind at the same time. I feel respected even when I've come up with impossible explanations for my pain or what makes it better. The most compassionate neurologist I've met and that's quite a few believe me.

Does not believe in alternative techniques involving vitamins which cured my migraines, unusual in a male - only would indicate no data to suppport it. Not investigative enough for possible causes or remedies. Little effort to test best possible drugs in short time.
