Dr. Mark Alan Heard, MD

Dr. Heard has been my doctor for 1 1/2 years, and that is a year too long. Definitely not compassionate! My son's specialist requested treatment that had to be approved by the PCP, he refused to do it. Thinks he knows more than a specialist in their field. Regularly spend 90 seconds or less on a visit.

A great Dr who knows his stuff and with a rare heart condition like I have I feel safe with him as my PCP

Will never talk about prescriptions or my diagnosis. Just rushes through and he is gone.

Dr Heard is a good doctor he cares and will help you on anything of utmost importance. Betweennimpact injuries from falling thirty feet. hes a christian man who follows the moralities of his oath as a dr and a christian. he does not bring religion into his work. with the fall and super rare genetic long qt disorder where hypoxia plays a big role. he has to be very carefull in his treatment plan. Alot of drs would not take me due to the complication of my case I'm a geriatric like patient that is only 28 he has handled me like the exacting professional geriatricion and as a PCP. He is great with muscle and back issues when he does his assessments. He doesn't judge you just because your on pain medication. He also realizes the importance of avoiding prescribing such Med. He's quick and knows in wat order specialists should be seen due to importance much like triage scheduling. There will be 7-8 specialists I will need to see in total... maybe more nut DR Heard is trying to prevent more.… I have had him for over a year he was the only doctor I could find who didn't mind having a complicated patient knowing he could and le it as well as not concerned with losting money. DRIVE to see him he's a rare breed of Dr. The wait is so short he works on a timely set and doesn't schedule so many patient's he can't keep up.. like greedy docs I drive to see him ull never wait over 30 mins his staff is also amazing avg wait 10mins. I have- dealt with many cause of 2monts in 2 different hospitals-ivevseen the money driven I died because of 2 Dr pcp and cardiologist igmored my issues and said nothing about them.
