Horrible Office, Been put on Hold and then they forget im on hold. Staff is Rude. Wouldn't recommend anyone to this office.

Mark knows his stuff! Great doctor to come to with a broken arm.

I would not recommend this doctor if you want your hand/wrist issues taken seriously. He was condescending, very cursory in his investigation, and spoke the entire time without showing any interest in actually addressing my hand issues. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time/money. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere first!

Dr. Henry was good with a double fracture of my hand and wrist up to a point. And then when I experienced excruciating pain he refused to address it and said to continue therapy. I cancelled therapy and my therapist found me a doctor who diagnosed Carpal Tunnel and Cubital Tunnel Syndrome and scheduled immediate surgery.

Dr. Henry did the job 3 years ago. Hands are still straight. I do what he said and everything worked out as he said. I read the bad reviews prior to my first appointment so I did a lot of research on Dr Henry and did not have to ask him any questions which I think he prefers. Dr Henry explained what would happen and everything went according to plan

I went in after an incident that left me permanently injured. He couldn't care less about my pain and said condescendingly "what do you want me to wave magic wand to make you feel better. " He shouts to where the whole place can hear our conversation. He is very unprofessional. I will never recommend him to anyone.

I had bilateral cubital and carpal tunnel release from Dr Henry and I am very upset. My hands are worse than they were before and I am positive something went wring during the surgery. It has been almost 1.5 months since the surgery and my hands are worse than they were than before the surgery and my elbows saw zero relief. I will be searching for a different hand specialist and I suggest you do the same. Dr Henry told me he doesn't prescribe pain meds and the procedure wont hurt much at all. He said to light a candle and turn on some music to help distract the brain from the pain. I needed pain meds. Going through 4 procedures with zero pain meds is cruel. There is pain in my hands and thumbs that wasn't there before the surgery and there are giant lumps at the bottom of my palms that weren't there before. If I rub the lumps, my hands go numb and sharp pain shoots into my thumbs. I tried telling Dr Henry but I cant get a word in with him. Save yourself the trouble and see someone else

What can I say about Dr. Henry? He changed my life. I went to him after having a motorcycle crash and a surgeon at the hospital performing the initial surgery. My wrist was still in pain, I had very limited movement and no real signs of improvement after 4 months. Doctor Henry ended up performing two surgeries on my wrist and although it will never be right it is much much better. Dr. Henry never lied to me during the process, telling me the best I could hope for and delivering on that. He is willing to listen to you and when he speaks to you it is with compassion and not a Dr. talking at someone, he speaks to you. I would and have recommend Dr. Henry to friends and family.
