I knew I needed an injection in my knee and my prior MD hurt me so badly I was dreading this visit. Dr Hontas was very reassuring and nice. He made me relax and advised I did need an injection. I was ashamed to admit how afraid so was but he was so gentle I had to tell him if I ever needed it I would search for him to make sure I had him as my doctor. It has been approximately 2 years and I have not needed to go back but he will do my care as long as I need it

Dr. Hontas has performed carpal tunnel release on both my husband and myself. We could not have asked for a better experience both in his pre- and post-operative care. Compassionate and easy to talk to. Highly recommended.

Dr Hontas did my first surgery 10 years ago so when I knew I needed a hip replacement I immediately turned to him. He is very easy to talk to and explains everything clearly. I had the necessary surgery about 1 month ago and am very pleased with the results. I hope that I do not need another surgery, but if I do, I know who I will be going to see.

great doctor agreed to remove the plates in my arm that were causing severe pain due to allergies even removed the scar tissue from the previous emergency surgery

I called with major knee and ankle pain and was told to call back in a week that there was nothing they could do cause he was out of town and they couldn't even make me an appointment because their system wasn't working cause they were switching to paperless. I am still in pain cannot walk waiting until I can get in. I've been a patient for six years. I am sure he does not know this has happened. He is beyond a wonderful kind man.

One the top Doctors who get it! Understands, my bull head not to always agree with what he says. A dancer pushes the body and as I get older I just never want to stop dancing. This wonderful doctor told me I needed knee surgery years ago. I knew he was telling me the wright thing to do. I am one of his drag along and wait, and see. Well he wins! and I win also because, now that I can't stand up, put any weight on my knee, I will give up and be the best that I can be. I have the utmost trust that as always he will do his best for me and any other person he helps. Trust me, I know he is the best, and if you lack trust in your doctor please give Mark Hontis a call, I would give him 1000% rating .

Dr. Hontas is amazing! This doctor has so far performed 3 surgeries on me and I can't believe how quickly I healed and how much better I felt after. I highly recommend him to anyone.
