DR. IVENS IS GREAT AND HIS STAFF IS WONDERFUL BOTH IN THE SURGERY CENTER AND THE OFFICE. BEYOND IMPRESSED WITH THEIR CARING ATTITUDE, COURTESY AND HELP!! CANNOT SAY ENOUGH!

I would not think of going anywhere else!

My mother, who is an Alzheimers patient had her eyes done by Dr. Ivens. We found him and his staff very courteous, respectful and patient with my mother. She had no fear of the doctor or his staff and was confident going into the surgery. This says a lot for his staff and him.

Dr. Ivens failed to follow proper procedure, resulting in my vision going from 20/40 to 20/500. He then lied to me about what had happened, and was annoyed with me for trying to sort out what had happened. By the time I had sorted out what had happened, it was too late to fix my eyes. I now get to spend the rest of my life with HORRIBLE vision, because he didn't follow procedure, and then made medical decisions for me without my consent. He is a bad person.
