Dr. Mark Steven Jacobson, MD

I guess a board certificate does not show how much this person cares about others. I am surprised when I told him I did not think his opinion makes sense and he did not care. I googled my answer and really curious about how he got his degree and certificate.

He is not only the worst person but also the worst doctor I ever had in my whole life. He doesn't know what he is doing. If you want to waste your time and energy, I highly recommend him. He'd better control his rude attitude which is unprofessional.

Don’t be fooled by his happy ,fun doctor bedside manner. He’s full of himself. He dances around guestions, so not to answer you. He talks round in circles. He never looked me in the eyes. He’s obnoxious !!!! He removed my cataracts & fixed one eye getting rid of stigmatizum. Long story short — I need lazor surgery to fix the damage he did.Going to find a different Dr. that I can trust.

I found Dr Jacobson very rushed in explaining his recommendation for my condition. When I asked him for clarification he became defensive and said he had already explained it to me and did not know how to make it clearer. He rang for his “technication” to take over and commented, “I don’t have any more time for this.” During our short time together Dr Jacobson said, “I know I talk very fast”.

i had a very bad experience and would never go back ..i could not get appointment .his reception was very rude .and started playing docter ,and when the nurse called, i called back to talk to her and the reception would not let me speak to her about my eye problem , i feel the docter put me off on the receptionist and went on with his other appointments

Dr. Jacobson is very knowledgeable and professional both in the office and the operating theater, but he still speaks in terms that the patient will understand to explain what he sees and its possible correction, leaving options open for his patient. He knows he's good but still admitted a little goof on his part (which he could foresee as possibility, so he took precautions ahead of time to be able to properly amend such an event). I greatly credit him for that.
