I now have three beautiful children because of this remarkable Dr..He is the best. If you want a friend not so much but if you want a child he is the one that will make that happen.

My experience with them was very negative. It was also unsuccessful, though followed by a successful pregnancy by a different fertility doctor. Read some of the comments out there about them, including Dr. Jutras's own words, posted in various forums.

This has been a horrible clinic to try to deal with. We have been trying to schedule (yes just schedule) an appointment for about three weeks now with no success. We are totally open to schedule, they seem to have a problem running their office. The first time we called, on a Monday, they said they had an appointment that Thursday and they would call us back. After not hearing back from them for 2 days, we tried calling and left several messages. Over a week later we got a hold of them and was told they would call us back when they can find an appointment time (apparently they do not have any type of scheduling system) and we NEVER heard back from them. A few phone calls later (and messages) they returned a phone call to tell us they will call us back once they figure out a time for an appointment again. No call back. After a week we called them back to have them tell us they are not accepting any new patients until next year. You could not tell us that for the 3 weeks we wasted? It… is obvious they have little to no concern for their patients (or potential patients).

If you are looking for a doctor to hold your hand and be your best friend, he is not for you. If you are looking for a doctor who knows what they are doing, than he is your best bet. Dr. Jutras is one of the most highly trained and experienced REs out there. He knows his stuff. He is not mean but is not warm and fuzzy. He does not sugar coat things. He does tell you what you need to know even if it is not what you want to hear. This was hard for me at first but I am now thankful for it. Getting pregnant is hard enough. I do not need some RE to sell me false promises. Mary (his wife and nurse) can be a little harsh at times but she is also one of the best as well. I would not want to be anywhere else.

I spoke with the office again when they called. The office was recovering from a week of surgeries and catching up. They were very kind and apologetic for the wait time. I am very pleased and all set up with an appointment. Thank you Rochelle for clearing this up and putting up with me :)

6 years ago - after a terrible experience with REACH, I went to see Dr. Jutras. I was happy with the staff and everyone seemed to know exactly what to say and do. I was 38 - only had one tube and it was tied. No chance of me having a baby again. Dr. Jutrus said "we can untie that tube and see what happens but I have had alot of success and I believe your chances are high". We untied, and I got pregnant with my babygirl on our first try. I have alot of respect for this doctor and his clinic. The price was very reasonable and he took good care of us. After many years and many recommendations from me - I called the office to try one more time for my husband a son :). The office was so nice and remembered me - I was surprised. Then I didn't hear back and I called again and i was told "the nurse has my file" and was acting kinda snotty at me that I called back. I have yet to hear back from them...I had a great experience with the facility and now I am confused as to why I was treated like… that. Disappointed.

I actually just got on the computer to look up the new address for Dr and Mary Jutras. After reading these reviews I decided to put my two cents in. 20 Years ago after numerous so called "fertility doctors "and surgeries / fertility procedures I was put in contact with Dr. Jutras. After four attempts at ivf ( 1 unsuccessful, 1early miscarriage, 2 eptopic pregnancies, on my 5th attempt I was blessed with fraternal twins. I can truly say I have been thru the mill and back with Dr. Jutras and Mary. With that said... This is a man who is being paid by you to help you achieve a life long dream of having a family. Does he have a bedside manner? Some say no... Does his wife Mary rule!! Some say yes. Here is what I say, you can stop reading at this point if you would like!! At my point of absolute despair I did not pay Dr. Jutras to have a bedside manner nor did I expect Mary to be my best friend. I simply expected Dr. Jutras… to do everything he was medically trained to do to help me achieve my life long dream of becoming a parent in which he did. So to those of you wanting to achieve the same goal, here is my advise... Put your big girl/boy pants on and realize this is a struggle. Dr. Jutras is a medically trained professional !!! Not your best friend. You are NOT his sole patient ( although you would like to think you are the only one with this problem) sorry to say, you're not. I could go on but I would just like to say not everyone is a success story,for those of you who aren't I am truly sorry , for those of you like myself who have had the blessing of achieving a family with the unselfish help of Dr and Mary Jutras congratulations for making it thru the pain and struggle. After my 5th Ivf Dr Jutras and Mary never gave up on me. It wasn't until then that I realized, he may not have a bedside manner, she may be really tough and rule the office however, if they both cried with me every time I lost a pregnancy they may not have been as willing to see me to my ultimate goal. Someone had to be strong and I thank God everyday for 16 years now that they were because I can tell you at that time in my life I certainly wasn't.

We changed to ARC after being disappointed with the corporate medical experience offered by REACH. ARC offers a more straightforward, friendly and affordable service. Dr Jutras doesn't say much, but he's very professional and Mary is warm, kind and knowledgeable. A lot of RE doctors and nurses become worn out and robotic - that is not the case at ARC. We feel very lucky to have fallen pregnant on our first round of IVF - our son is now 22 months old - and we are back for another try.

I would refer anyone I know here and have. They are so much better than the other places I went. The location is very convenient. Everything is done in house. They are personable and it's not like a corporate factory. They inform you every step of the way and the prices are very close to what they say they are. Mary is nice and not as scary as some reviews like to say. She tells you a lot of information so be prepared to learn.
