Fell asleep on me too. Otherwise he was basically an average psychiatrist with some skills in diagnostics and treatment.

I think he is a quack. These reviews must be fake. This man fell asleep when we were pouring our hearts out to him. He prescribed antidepressants to our bipolar daughter knowing she was bipolar which put her in a full blown manic episode. He prescribed massive amounts of stimulant medications yo our drug addict son based on our son saying he he was ADD and he isn’t. It is time for this man to retire!!

Dr. Kelley is a kind, compassionate, competent psychiatrist. He accurately diagnosed me during my first visit. I've continued talk therapy with him during the stabilization period for my new medication. I can't speak highly enough of him. He's very laid back, quirky, & caring. He gives each patient his personal cell number and is available 24/7. What psychiatrist does that? Dr. Kelley. You won't find a better doctor. He's brilliant, intuitive, and extremely good at his job.
