Dr. Mark Kroll

There were six people involved from the moment of checked in until I checked out with payment. Some of the staff was borderline unprofessional, not even cleaning the surface my face was touching until I asked the staff, and I did not like the facility, something about it just did not make me comfortable. The easiest thing was to make an appointment, they were eager and willing to have patient. Dr. Kroll was nice, but maybe only 10 minutes or even less he spent time with me to diagnose my eyes, and was the whole time pushing for the laser catarac surgery explaining out of pocket expenses. I heard it through the thin wall that he was talking to another patient. They mush be overbooking the patient. I am sure Dr. Kroll might have been busy, but unfortunately I did not walk out feeling I wanted to come back.

A very good experience. Doctor and staff were great. I don't know of a single thing they could have done to improve their office.
