The office manager Annmarie Walker acts like she knows it all. Refuses any sort of discussion about pain management. Is extremely rude and will cut you off to where you can't even get a full sentence out. We've done 6 weeks of physical therapy with rounds of medicine and we're still in pain over here. This office also doesn't inform patients that if you get imaging done outside of UH healthcare system you will not be able to see a surgeon. Because of this our appointments keep getting canceled and push back months and months. I called back to inform her of this to let other patients know so they don't get jerked around like we did and she responds with "thank you for telling me how to do my job." No office should be speaking to patients this way. On my husband's first visit they asked him what his pain was on a scale of 1 to 10. When he told them at 10:00 they responded with "oh you would be passed out on the floor right now if it were a 10." There's a reason why this office is getting… bad reviews. Listen to them and do not waste your time.

not personable at all, almost rude at times

Inexperienced. Gave insufficient medication and sent me back to work even though I can't lift my arm and am in sever pain, Had to pry a doctors note from the office staff as I was told work was my problem. My employer requires documentation after 2 days absence Had to return to office to get prescriptions that I assumed were being called in for me. Kicked me down the road a month for a return visit. Gave me exercises to do. How can I do them if I can't lift my arm!!! Headed for the Cleveland Clinic asap!
