Dr. Mark Anthony Lizak, MD

Fifteen years ago I had severe allergies to my workplace, food, and the environment. I tried another allergist without any success before Dr. Lizak. He diagnosed me correctly with having chemical and environmental allergies and sent me to a doctor in Dallas, TX. Because Dr. Lizak was at the top of his medical knowledge, I was able to receive the help I needed. I recommend him all the time to people.

I had a appointment with Mark the day of it I confirmed the time and set off to have my ears examined I had seen him in 1993 and remembered him fondly when I got to supply I couldn't remember where he was located and went to 5 medical institutions asking where he was and I got 5 different answers finally when I got to the pharmacy he knew where he was I got there a hour late I would have called them but my phone had quit holding a charge anyways they are soposed to be open till 5 it was 430 and they were gone I called the next day to explain and Pat was kind of rude and said they would not reschedule me because I was late yesterday per Dr Mark this seams uncaring to me when I believe Doctors swear a oath to treat the sick.

Around 1991 I went to Dr. Mark Lizak while he was in residency at JMH. He removed a lemon-sized tumor superficial to the parotid gland. He used a plastic surgery technique so that I would not be disfigured from the surgery. He also was able to remove the tumor without permanent damage to my facial nerves. Thank you doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Lizak for years and am completely satisfied with his service.

The first couple visit to this doctor were pleasant. There was one employee that is not friendly or welcoming at all. Once experience at the office showed me they do not truly care about their patient's and you are just another claim payment from the insurance company.

Dr Lizak is AWESOME and seems very educated in his profession. Made me feel very comfortable and helped to diagnose a problem that has been misdiagnosed by other doctors for years. GREAT DOC!!!

vacationing at OIB. Got a recommendation from a residence of the island. Dr. Lizak and his PA Amy. Amy was great. She took care of my ear problem. If ever there again, I will definitely go to the practice and recommend the practice to other vacationers.

Dr Lizak helped out my son, but his PA could pull out his tubes only Lizak. So I had to make another appointment. I have had sinus infections for 30+ years, 4-5 x's a yr. I wanted to see lizak but got PA Amy Williams? She 1st told me you can't get a headache from sinuses I knew I was in trouble! She said I wasn't a good candiated for sinus surgery, I need to do all the allergy test lst, I have 5 animals i am sure i have a couple allergies. She said I didn't qualify for sinus surgery at ALL. So I went to Dr Coury excellent ears nose and throat dr. Seen him within a week He said I did quality for surgery, with a week it was done, I can Breathe better than ever, my stopped up nose and ears are great , I can findly hear after 30+ yrs of not hearing. I also had on side of my sinus grown together,Dr coury know's his stuff I even got a hearing test done in the same visit, not like lizak you have to make another appointment for another day. I think it is all about the money for lizak. His PA… AMy is full of crap rude very limited to what she knows so be ware of the PA's. I have told many many people about this experince. Amy is a not a good pa!

We used Dr. Lizak for tubes in my oldest sons ears, for my daughter after a 4 wheeler accident where she fractured her sinus cavity and now for my youngest son who was tied tounge. He is an excellent Dr. And very, very good at what he does. Very informative and his staff is always kind and gentle. All the way around it was a positive experience for me and my children. I will never use another ENT! He is the greatest!

After two months of nonstop headaches, I was getting nowhere with my internist. My first visit to Dr. Lizak produced an entirely different, and correct, diagnosis. He prescribed several medications and patience. With each followup visit I was constantly getting better. It took over six weeks to be cured, but I never doubted I was in excellent hands. I am very grateful.
