Don't go here! I gave them so many chances. Too many! Turns out that I should have read the reviews that were previously written because everything they said was right! They have interns take care of you. They wrote me a script (once) and Walmart would NOT honor it. They said NO ONE was legally allowed to write one. Everytime I went they would make me wait at least 45 minutes also. They told me I had a hernia. They sent me to get imaging done and then told me to go to Desert West and have surgery. That was 2 weeks ago. TODAY they told me that I DO NOT have a hernia and they don't have a clue what's wrong but to cancel surgery. These Doctors (or people) are morons!!!

They have been good for my 94yr old mother untill this year new doctor terrible person!! Never was i ever so misinformed and felt so small in my time as a caregiver! And so rude! Im getting her a new doctor now! Ill never go back!

DR MCKENZIE REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO BE APART OF MY TREATMENT. HE ALSO WITHHELD VERY SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES FROM ME WWHICH WERE LIFE CHANGING. THE STAFF AT VALLEY HOSPITAL SUPPORTED THIS AND DR MCKENZIE HAD VERBALLY ATTACKEME I REPORTED TO RISK MANAGEMENT ANDNOTHING WAS DONE.

He has been my "Doctor" for about 6 years but I have never even met him. His amateur resident trainees always saw me. I was misdiagnosed several times by these incompetent doctors. First I was told I had diabetes. After testing was done there was absolutely no evidence of diabetes. The Dr told me my previous labs must have been entered incorrectly. Then a few months later I was diagnosed with tendinitis and/or cellulitis and was given a prescription for this diagnosis. After 3 days and zero improvement, I made several trips back to the office. It was then determined that I had a blood clot in the leg and no sign of tendinitis or cellulitis. There have been several other employees at this practice that are very rude and incompetent. I would highly recommend staying away from this practice!!
