I can't say enough good things about Dr. Naylor. He patiently went over the many spots on my skin and quickly sorted out what was a problem and what wasn't. He is one of the top seven dermatologists in San Antonio as determined by his peers, according to U.S. News & World Report, and the only one among them who specifies skin cancer as his primary area, which is why I chose him. He is also Board-certified in internal medicine, another reason I chose him in case things got complicated. He can usually tell with the naked eye if something is cancerous and gave me generous discounts, because I don't have health insurance. He definitely was not out for the money. Another great thing about Dr. Naylor is that he has excellent sewing skills. If he needs to excise any skin cancer, his stitches heal very neatly.
