Dr. Mark A. Neault, MD

I had 2 ACL surgeries the second requiring microfracturing due to cartilage damage 7 years ago. I have been pain free and the knee is very stable. I would absolutely recommend this doctor!!

Dr Neault is a very thorough clinician. Explains diagnosis and procedures clearly with great details. I have been very happy with post op results for rotator cuff repair on left shoulder. Unfortunately I am now having pain in right shoulder. I am now currently under his care for another possible rotator cuff issue. I am confident he will do what's best for me. Office staff both clerical and medical are top notch.

Not only is Dr. Neault an excellent surgeon with a great bedside manner but also he is a delightful human being who truly goes the extra mile !??????

I wouldn't use any other surgeon!! My only complaint is appointment availability. I have an urgent situation with my leg he operated on a,while back and I can't get in for two weeks. They didn't offer me an alternative and I need to be seen. Also, waited on hold for 10 minutes, then they answered again and asked me to hold again.

If you can get past the front desk that has a huge chip on her shoulder get ready for more disapointment. You will find out the doctor will not return your phone calls, nobody in the office talks to on another, and if you actually need medical help don't bother coming here. The office also divides to wait all day to return a phone call after close, so if you missed the call better luck next time. Went for help with my back and got no help and still have pain. We did not have the MRI results in at the time of visit and it has been a week and no phone call with why results showed..this office very disorganized. Get results elsewhere and save the frustration.

Dr. note took care of my knees and my shoulder, he even made a DVD of my shoulder surgery for teaching. The man has mad skills, after all he works on professional athletes which demand the best.

Dr. Neault is great! He diagnosed my condition efficiently and following surgery, I no longer have the problems I was having. He is always courteous, attentive, and professional. I would definitely recommend him, and since have referred several friends/family members with sports related injuries to him- all are also very satisfied with his care. I wouldn't go see anyone else for my shoulder!

I made an appt to see Dr Mark Neault. I was allowed to see his physicians assistant only. After I was dismissed from the first appt I went to get xrays and MRI. The second visit Dr.Mark Neault came in the room and quickly explained my condition in 3 minutes using terms non doctors dont understand. He said youll wear a offloading brace for 3 months best of luck-gone. I was fitted with the brace and after 3 weeks I came back and asked why it was worsening. THe brace was the wrong size. After getting fitted for a second (which they tried to bill me for) I left eager to get on the road to recovery. THe knee got worse and worse. Once I was seen by Dr Mark again he said that the ONLY cure was to get on crutches for 6 months! I voiced my displeasure with his smug bedside manner and zero lack of empathy. I then went to Midwest Rush Orthopedics and was immediately diagnosed. I was given the correct treatment via surgery and on the road to recovery. My surgeon is the same who the Dr for White… Sox and Bulls. Great demeanor,bedside manner , and correct diagnosis. BEWARE DR Neault and his practice is a cattle call and he doesnt care a bit about the patients or options for treatment. BUSH league! BEWARE go to a reputable practice that treats pro athletes and treat the patients like one as well.
