He is the most caring, most thoughtful and the smartest pediatrician I’ve ever met. My child is thriving under his care. He is never sick where all his classmates constantly are.

Dr Nesselson is unlike any other doctor I've met. Our annual check up appointments are at least an hour - and that is one full hour spent with the doctor. While I feel other practices limit these visits to vital signs and vaccinations, our visits with Dr. Nesselson touch on all aspects of my child's health. We talk about school, sleep, diet, exercise, and social emotional factors. Dr Nesselson is always on call and quick to get back to me whenever I have a question, and his recommendations are thoughtful and practical. I have never met a more thorough pediatrician.

Dr. Nesselson is very thoughtful, comprehensive and up to date on medical research and trends. Interestingly, he doesn't just assess his pediatric patients but he also takes the time to understand the family, their home environment, lifestyle goals and provide personalized care rather than be dogmatic and rote in order to service as many patients as possible. Dr. Nesselson is incredibly insightful. He is always up on the latest medical revelations and studies continuously. It is vital that we have a caring, considerate, pragmatic thinker to entrust our children to. Dr Nesselson is that man.

If all doctors had the wisdom, experience and patience of Dr. Nesselson we would all be so much healthier--mentally and physically. He cares about the entire well-being of each child and is always available to answer questions. The amount of time he spends with each patient is extraordinary.

I will never forget Dr. Mark and his support. My daughter is now almost 20 years old, adopted from China at 4 months, one of Mark's first Chinese babies. He was so personal in his approach and honest about what he was not sure about, like charting her growth on a US growth chart??? I get that not everyone can handle is "hands off" wait and see method but I for one appreciated it. It was a life lesson to learn that fevers were important in building a strong healthy immune system and stuffing your child w Tylenol and Motrin was a dead end, unless they were really sick. Most kids can have fevers and never feel too sick, so unless they were in bed, wait and see!! I miss him and wish him and his children well!!
