Dr. Pancotto sent me to Dr. John Rose for an implant. Dr. Rose was condescending during the treatment. My implant ended up failing and now he refuses to refund me the money. Maybe Dr. Pancotto and Dr. Rose are friends but that should not be the reason to send a patient to get vital treatment. I am with a new specialist and she is fixing problems created by Dr. Pancotto and Dr. Rose. I will not be returning to either office!

Dr. Pancotto and his staff were wonderful. He explained everything he was doing and that needed to be done. His needles were virtually painless!! I knew I was in good hands. Thank you Dr. Pancotto !

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with both the Doctor and his office staff. I foolishly left the practice a number of years ago due to distance issues, but have returned because he is, by far, the best dentist I have ever had. I trust him implicitly, and he is truly thoughtful and absolutely capable and kind. I was a fool to leave, but I'm very happy to be back as a patient. Distance should never be an issue when any medical care is at issue.
