Dr. Mark Walter Penn, MD

This dr was incredible rude, abrupt, and overall a complete displeasure to meet. I left my appointment. After waiting for 35+ mins he came in, did not introduce himself, shake my hand OR even look me in the eye. He was incredibly rude, assumed my medical history without asking or hearing what I was saying. I left before the appointment was complete because he was THAT distasteful

His bedside manner is beyond excellent. He is intelligent and compassionate.

It's no fun to have a child break his arm by falling out of a bunk bed in the middle of the night. The nursesat Provena Mercy Hospital were helpful and professional. Dr. Penn has a very calm, confident manner and he got my son smiling and laughing, despite his pain. Dr. Penn referred us to an orthopedic doctor who we saw the very next day. I found him so kind and assured that I wrote this review.
