Dr. Mark Franklyn Perry, MD

I have taken my child to see Dr. Perry since birth for 13 years. He is truly the best pediatric doctor in WNY. He takes his time to meet the needs of all patients. He is very honest and knowledgeable. He is easy to work with from a parent's standpoint and the kids absolutely adore him. He has children of his own and I think that goes a long way when expressing empathy.

I've used Dr Perry as my kid's pediatrician for almost 5 yrs now and switching to him was a great decision. The office is very, very busy so be prepared to wait at least 10-15 mins minimum to be taken to an exam room. But you get what you pay for, so to speak. It's worth the wait. He' snot a hand holder, that's not his job, however, he is very personable and friendly. He will sit and talk with you and make sure that all of your questions are answered before ending the appt, he doesn't rush you out. He will also engage in small talk which makes you feel very comfortable, he tends to mention things about his own kids and that seems to interest my kid and she relaxes. My daughter is very fond of him and when we do need to go in for an appt she will tell me that she doesn't want to see the other doctors or PA's, she only wants to see Dr Perry. I have recommended 2 friends to him and they also love him.

My two daughters love Dr Perry, he has a great bedside manner and always puts them at ease during the visit. The staff is friendly.

Dr. Perry is a great pediatrician, he will spends quality time with you and your child. He also let you talk and does not speak over you like most other doc's. The only thing that is hurting him is the office that he's with. You need to wait also 10-20 min just to talk to someone on the phone and make an appt.
