Dr. Mark C. Pillitteri, DO

Dr. Pill is hands-down an incredible doctor and surgeon. After going through multiple doctors and specialists for YEARS, Dr. Pill was the first and only person to not only diagnose me, but create a successful plan for pregnancy. He is accommodating, professional, and just has this innate ability to make you feel calm and well taken care of. Sure, sometimes there can be a wait, but for me, incredible doctors are WORTH travel and/or wait times. You can tell a lot about any leader by their team, and his colleagues - both in his office, and at Good Sam - seem to genuinely admire him. After the birth of my son, I almost could not mention his name without becoming emotional over how well he had taken care of me and my family before, during, and after pregnancy. Saying I highly recommend Dr. Pill is an understatement, I truly think he is amazing and exemplary of what every doctor should be!

Unprofessional, uncaring, no bedside manners, refuse to answer your questions, arrogant, he does what he wants to his patients without letting them know. He ruined my second delivery, i will never forget that horrible day thanks to him. He should get his lisence revoked. Such an animal!

The wait is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe they shouldn't schedule so many patients at the same time. I went in to see Eileen. Called ahead of my scheduled apt to make sure the wait wasn't bad --because it always is--and they said there was no wait for Eileen. So I was there in 5 min. The girls in the back kept me waiting for 1.5 hours. The front desk women knew I was there for Eileen. The girl who took blood pressure knew I was there for Eileen. And yet they forgot and called In many people --who came in after me to see Eileen. I am so sick of waiting that long for a doctor. Learn how to schedule! This is isnt the first time I have had to wait that long here. I am just fed up and wrote a review. The wait is anywheres from 1.5 hours on. Usually 2 hours. the waiting room is filled with other patients waiting. its frustrating. The wait time on the phone to even make an apt takes a while. What is going on in this office?! Ive never even seen the doctor because the wait time would be even… longer. Not worth it AT ALL!

He was pushing robotic surgery and I did not need it. I already had a surgery three years prior, I had pictures. Didn't want to see the pictures, he wanted to go right into a second surgery. I also had extensive lab tests and wanted to run his own tests. After he ran the tests didn't explain well results and still pushed surgery. My new OBGYN said that he is glad that I did not do a robotic surgery because I did not need it. Looked at my endometriosis pictures and said that I barely had any. My case is not causing my infertility and my fertility doctor said the same thing after he saw my pictures. Overall, he has a very good reputation. However, it seemed as if he tried to push something that he did not need to push. Also, I had to tell him my story several times (he forgot who I was and what I was there for). I don't do well with that. Too busy, too many patients and pushing surgery when it is not necessary. Proceed with caution, question everything and do not be afraid to walk away… when you have a gut feeling. That's my advice to women. If you have endometriosis, you are sure of it, and it is painful AND you need to remove it, then he is your guy.

I have been seeing Dr.Pillitteri since age 16. He delivered all 3 of my children, and helped me through many other issues pre and post pregnancy. He is truly the best OB/GYN around. I also work in the medical field where Dr P is well known to be a genius surgeon. He is who you want taking care of you when a complication arises. Some say he comes off as arrogant but I don’t see that at all. He always tells is how it is and for that I am grateful. Seriously, the best!

Dr. P is truly a one of a kind doctor. The relationship he develops with his patients is wonderful and heartfelt during an important time of your life of becoming a mother whether its first time, second time or trying to conceive . Even the staff for annual check ups is equally fantastic. Dr. P takes the time you need to answer ANY and ALL questions without rushing you. He genuinely makes you feel safe, important and I trust him and the staff with my life. They are family run and they make you feel like family and will get to know you by your first name! Dr. P has successfully delivered both of my children via C-Section which were both very very easy to heal from. I was up and walking from both the very next day. With each delivery he was constantly checking in while I was in the hospital to answer any questions and to check my healing. His residents thar are under him speak highly of him as well and are kind hearted like him. Im forever grateful for my babies and for choosing Dr.… P as my doctor. I would honestly choose no one else during both of my pregnancies. Trust me when I say, you want this down to earth family man to be the one to go through this amazing journey with! Thanks Dr. P and staff!! Maybe we go for a third baby?

I had a procedure with Dr Pilliteri at good Sam. He made demeaning remarks about me during the procedure which I was awake for. His nurse also participated. How totally unprofessional, rude and arrogant this man is. Does he ever look in a mirror?

Dr. Pilliteri is the best in his field. I had surgery for endometriosis. He is professional, compassionate, thorough and most importantly a superstar surgeon. Just make note of a few things before booking your consult: 1: It’s hard to get through on the phone. 2: The music while you wait on hold sounds like carnival music from a horror movie. I wish they would change it. 3: Some of the women have attitude and shouldn’t be working in their positions. Most of the staff are totally wonderful so don’t let the one or two crusty women bother you.

Dr. Pillitteri is awesome he delivered my son eleven years ago and i am still so very grateful. I received such great care from during my entire pregnancy , he displayed such compassion i really felt i was in good hands. What a blessing he was to my family because of him i was able to have a healthy happy child. Anyone seeking a great Obstetrician should contact his practice.
