Asked us if we had any questions and took time to explain everything in detail for us.

We absolutely love Dr. Pyle! He is so informative and doesn't make you feel silly for asking questions that seem obvious to anyone else. We look forward to our visits with him, the office and staff are all so welcoming and he is aweaome!

My family only went to Dr. Pyle because of convenience to our home. We have been seeing him since my son was born 2 years ago and my daughter was born 4 months ago. Unfortunately, he is hard to get an appointment with in a timely manner, he is not very personable, and it takes sometimes 2 hours to get out of the office. The office is dead everytime I go in there yet I have to wait long periods of time so I don't understand it. They need to get a better blood draw system because everytime they poke my childrens feet, it takes them 10 minutes to squeeze out what they need and meanwhile, my kids are screaming like they're being tortured. It's stressful to say the least. Dr. Pyle's office has called to reschedule appointments a few times which is just annoying. On another note, the office staff and MAs are nice and Dr. Pyle is seems to know what he's talking about. However, his schedule is not ideal to mine and I will be looking elsewhere. They need another pediatrician in the… office if he is that busy.

Dr. Pyle is an excellent pediatrician. He takes time to explain things in ways that I can understand. He is very thorough and does a really good job taking care of my children. He takes time to care, to be kind and to always have a smile. I would highly recommend him if you want the best doctor for your kids.

Dr. Pyle and the Banner Health Clinic staff at Verrado are amazing individuals working as a team to make sure my girls and I are healthy. I feel so comfortable coming into the office... Dr. Pyle, Dr. Willis and Dr. Bonati take the time to listen to our concerns and we feel fortunate to have these professionals so close to home. I highly recommend this institution, as it is surrounded by people who are courteous and helpful.
