Mark Rosenblum, Psy D, LP

Mark Rosenblum, PsyD, DBSM, is a licensed psychologist and board-certified behavioral sleep medicine specialist who specializes in the evaluation and behavioral treatment of insomnia and other sleep disorders. He cares for patients with insomnia, hypnotic dependence, circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders, sleepwalking, nightmares, sleep-related eating, and other parasomnias. Dr. Rosenblum has extensive experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the first-line, evidence-based treatment for chronic insomnia. He works closely with patients to understand their sleep patterns, goals, and challenges, then develops individualized treatment plans that improve sleep and daytime functioning. He also works closely with other medical providers to help patients receive the most effective care for their sleep concerns. Before joining Essentia Health, Dr. Rosenblum served as the sleep psychologist within an academic, multidisciplinary sleep medicine program, where he led …system-wide insomnia education initiatives, provided clinical training in CBT-I to healthcare professionals, served as faculty in a sleep medicine fellowship program, and delivered invited presentations on insomnia and behavioral sleep medicine to healthcare professionals. Outside of work, Dr. Rosenblum enjoys spending time with his family, following sports, and traveling.
