Dr. Rusten was very patient with my very active child. He spent lots of time with us did not make us feel rushed. He answered our questions thoroughly both before and after surgery

I saw Dr. Rusten today and I would give him 10 stars if I could! He is very professional and knowledgeable in his field. He listened to my concerns and was very helpful getting me back on tract with my chronic sinus conditions. Thank you Dr. Rusten... PS: His staff was awesome too!

Dr. Rusten always spends lots of time listening to us and he is also excellent in handling children.

Dr. Rusten is wonderful. I took my 3-year-old daughter to him for hearing concerns. She was extremely hyper and I was almost in tears because of her activity level (she's on the autism spectrum). Dr. Rusten handled the situation very calmly and professionally. She ended up needing bilateral tubes in her ears, another set a few years later along with her adenoids removed. I would describe him as knowledgeable, patient, professional and empathetic/compassionate. I feel he treated her medically issues appropriately, explained them in a way I could understand, and she's had no reoccurring issues.
