Dr. Mark George Saba, MD

Friend recommended Dr. Saba. Filled out online form. Never heard from them. Called and was told they'd call back within 2 weeks. Nothing. Called after 3 weeks.. Same deal. Called again. was told previous person entered my info wrong. Took all my info and promised Id hear back. Still nothing. Today I called again, sat on hold 7 minutes, then told that I was rejected. They did not know why. I have no medical issues, just need a primary care. Horrible office communications.

Dr. Saba Is wonderful. He is caring, thoughtful, patient and certainly knows his medicine. He answers quickly through the portal. I find it very easy to talk to him.

Very pleasant to talk to you. Listen to you and is very attentive.

I am appalled at the office staff's condescending attitude. I tried to reestablish a patient record with Dr. Saba for my 97 year old Uncle and it has taken SEVEN phone calls to finally get them to say they are not interested in him anymore and good luck finding a new doc. I asked to speak with Dr. Saba and was told no. I asked to leave him a message and was told no. This is NOT the way to run an office and present a welcoming attitude. It is shameful that this is allowed to happen when so many people are able to give good customer service. I doubt he even knows how his office is handling calls. Or his office manager doesn't care. We loved Dr. Saba's caring and kind attention, and now we are left to search for a new doctor for a basically healthy 97 year old. Appalling does not begin to describe how I have been left feeling over this behavior.

Absolutely the best! Never seems rushed. And a very good listener and communicator.

Called to let them know I was running late. When I showed up 15 min late after driving all the way there I was told I was too late and would have to reschedule and I should have known better

I love that he remembers me as soon as I walk in the door...not the kind of remember that he could review in my chart outside the door, but about my family and things that I have mentioned in the past. Looks to prevent problems down the road not just treat the symptoms now.

The office staff is rude never answer their phone,leaves you on hold for a very long time.Lots of mistakes are made when making appt.The girl up front come and go so fast.We left a message to speak to Dr Saba never return our call.Then called 2 more times and have yet to get a return call.
