Dr. Mark A Sargent, MD

I prefer the smaller private practices. Went here for a New Patient Visit and will continue to use this office. The Front Desk & Nurse were average. Dr. Sargent was very nice. He took time to sit and talk after the Exam. I was in and out with no hassle.

My husband and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Sargent and the incredible staff at Reflections. We recently moved from NYC and were nervous about finding the right doctor for our first pregnancy. Our office checkups were always warm and friendly and the hospital delivery was a dream experience for us. Dr. Sargent is very intelligent, honest, and straight forward. We felt we could trust him, and we knew we were in great hands the entire journey.

He delivered my first child. I only saw him probably 5 times max during my pregnancy, otherwise I was seen by nurses (Bless them). He almost dropped my baby on the floor during the delivery, and the told me I should've given him a "head's-up" if I was going to push when they weren't counting. I had been pushing for probably 30 minutes....and he had just made an episiotomy a few moments before, and then 30 seconds later the baby came out...what did he expect? And then, in our room a few hours later, he berated us for not having circumcision money in cash. We told him we had our debit card (which even the hospital photographer could accept) but not $200 in cash. He said "I'm not an ATM! I'll be downstairs eating lunch but I have to leave here by 2PM so if you don't have it by then you're baby won't be circumcised by me." He then stormed out of our room, and we made sure NOT to be in our room before 2PM rolled around. No way I'd let you touch my kid ever again. It was like getting shaken… down by a gangster or something. Last time I checked, doctors shouldn't be yelling at new mothers, especially so quickly after birth, about their money or form of payment FOR A JOB THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO; nor did we even decide to get it done at all, which is traditional on my side of the family. Maybe if he had seen me more during my pregnancy, he would have known that, and could've saved face a little.

Dr. Sargent has delivered two out if three of my children and is on his fourth very soon and I have to say he's the nicest doctor I've ever met:)

Bad doctor would not tell anyone to go him by far one of the rudest doctors I have went to in my life

Dr. Sargent and his staff are second to none. I could not be happier with the care I have received and could not say enough about how easy the office is to do business with. I have never been to a doctor with less than a 5 minute wait and staff that know you by name. Excellent care and service!!!

Dr. Sargent is very honest and will tell you how it is. I like that he knows what he is talking about!

I have been a patient of both Dr. Sargent and his nurse practitioner Karine. I love them both! The staff is super friendly and helpful too.

I absolutely love everything about this doctor's office. I have had amazing experiences with both Dr. Sargent, my OB/GYN, and Karine Romain, ARNP, WHNP. Karine has helped me more than words can express. Before I met her, I spent years suffering from unexplained symptoms. She quickly ran the correct tests and diagnosed me properly. I am finally able to treat my condition rather than mask the symptoms. The staff at this office is incredible--always smiling, friendly and helpful--even when I don't have insurance. Most offices treat a patient like a second class citizen when they don't have insurance. I highly recommend this practice for ob/gyn and any hormone related issues for women's health.

The little extras are great, warm funny socks, warm gown, chocolate at check out. The great basics including a great bedside manner Friendly staff, modern facilities. And an appropriate sense of humor. Very easy to talk with about embarrassing "things".
