Needed a referral to a provider of my choice; Told me he did not have the evaluation skills to make a determination of my condition. That he needed to send me to a specialist that would then give me the referral that I needed. All a medical scam if you ask me. We need reform in this industry.

Not competent enough to give a referral to a provider of MY choice. I have a health condition that needs a rapid evaluation. I needed this to be done today, and now I have to look for another doctor to re-evaluate my condition so that he/she can give me a referral. Now I have to pay again for a re-evaluation!

Dr. Schenkel is a wonderful Doctor, my husband and I have been using him for about 15 years. He is smart and thorough and really cares about his patients. He always is up on current medical news and I feel like my health is in great hands with him. The woman in the front office is very kind and sweet, she is not an "old lady!"
