Dr Smith was exceptional with his care. He did not make me feel rushed, took time to listen to understand rather than simply listen to respond. He offered me options and guided me to choose the best course of action for my plan of care. I appreciate his thorough approach and his kindness in helping me understand the implications of each choice.

First time with Dr Smith. He made me feel comfortable & not foolish for this visit. I thought maybe appt wasn't necessary & he clearly stated that it was just fine & my concerns were real.

It's hard to be objective when still suffering with no relief. I have to wait weeks for the test, and I still have received no post appointment summary or information on setting up the test appointment or dietitian appointment.

Dr Smith was helpful and had ideas about my issues. I appreciated that he did not go straight to medicine but suggested natural ways to help my gut. Also starting slow, which suits me well
