Dr. Mark Duane Spencer, MD

After having what could have been a serious problem, Dr. Spencer ordered abdominal ultra-sound. It took three weeks of calls before his office...not Dr. Spencer, called to tell me that he wanted a CT Scan. After the scan I again had to pester his office for a call from the Dr. with the results. Again, he didn't bother to call. I received a call from his staff. This is NOT what I expect from my primary physician and I am seeking a new Dr. I had the same Dr. for almost 30 years. He was available and he had genuine concern. Dr. Spencer could use some of that!!

Dr. Spencer is a really good Dr. He cares about his patients he takes the time to answer any questions and doesn't just rush to a diagnosis. He also actually listens to his patients, which is a rarity.I will admit though that some of the ladies that work in his office are less than polite. It's very difficult to get an appointment without several weeks notice and they are oftentimes rude in the office. Some of them are great, but some of them are not.Trust me, once you get past the doorkeepers Dr. Spencer himself is great, I would recommend him to anyone!

Nice doctor but would not be my first choice because it is nearly impossible to get a call back.
