Dr. Mark Anthony Thimineur, MD

This week I had the great pleasure of meeting Dr. Mark Thimineur, at his Derby offive inside Griffen Hospital as a patient in need of a pain specialist. Dr. Thimineur has 33 years of experience, and he is affiliated with Griffin Hospital, Yale New Haven Hospital, Midstate Medical Center, and Middlesex Hospital. Dr. Thimineur has offices in Derby, North Haven, and Meriden, Ct. He was exceptionally kind and compassionate, and he spent over an hour listening to me as I explained my complicated history of pain. He completed a comprehensive physical exam of all of my muscles and joints. He had a new incite as to why I am having multiple problems with pain, with new ideas to treat my pain. His office staff was equally kind and compassionate. Sherry, from his office called me no less than three times the week before my visit to make sure my transition to their office would go smoothly. I cannot say enough about Dr. Thimineur and his staff. They showed me both compassion and… empathy. Sarah B.

I have been his patient over 10 years. I am so greatful for him and allhe has been through. Other pain clinics are closing and running. He is pushing through the drama and still caring for us. My meds where cut but I know it's politics and so I don't complain. My family and children are thankful to have had a mom all these years. Without his care I think I would be much, much worse and not mobile. Let's not forget he has a family too. I am so tired of reading negativity. Dr. Thimineur is not and was never the issue.

Excellent.The Dr explained Eva to me until I fully understood. I’ve had a number of meetings with him and I’ve found the whole team is professional, courteous, and gives you their time. I trust him 100% .So much he has worked with my daughter on a few occasions. I can’t say enough good things

I was a patient for 15 +yrs. everyone was very accommodating with the process and never put me in harms way I feel Dr. Thimeneur was very professional in treating my condition when I first went to him till now I’m in a much better place. Thanks to him and staff.

I called to get an information about pain management. I spoke with Gina and she was very RUDE, DISCRIMINATION and UNPROFESSIONAL over the phone. She told me to go somewhere else. She should be FIRED. I don't appreciated what she did to me.

He picks out his personal problems out on his patients. He's married to the office manager.

This place is a joke I wouldn't recommend to anyone

Huge anxiety problem when I go into Dr offices for the fear of being ridiculed and judged in a negative matter. He knew I Had this anxiety and was patient/awesome at dealing with it, coming across about it like to relax and let me take my time when I spoke. Some reviews seem unreal. If you're disrespectful, you wont have a good visit with any Dr .. I've heard people who argue over meds disagreeing with suggestions. Honestly , I find that just insults a Dr. Respect to get respect. And they have put into .. Very detailed on their do's and wont's
