Dr. Mark P Trolice, MD

Dr Mark Trolice allowed my directed reproductive donors sperm to be disposed of twice. The first time we were lied to and told he was infected/infectious with hep b. They based this on an antibody when his antigen test was negative. The second time he was cleared by an infectious disease specialist DOCTOR and they took another $1325 from me after THEY cleared him to come back. His third party coordinator LIED about the FDA regulations for directed donors (read the regs and he could have ANY reactive test and still be used). Liars - thieves. Do not trust them with your already stressful and emotional journey.

From my very first call to get info about the office CeCe answered and made us feel right at home and so welcomed. I legitimately felt like they wanted to help us in our process of starting a family. They are genuinely interested in you and everyone is so nice. I can tell that Dr. Trolice sets the stage for the office. Thanks guys!!

Professional

My experience with Dr Trolice's office was just okay. I used him for a surrogacy journey and we were successful on the second try. However, there is a lot of room for improvement on their part for future surrogacy journeys. I didn't feel like they were very inclusive of my feelings as the intended mother throughout the journey. After the first failed transfer, they called my surrogate with the beta results to let her know it was negative, and sent my surrogate a card but I never received a card (even though I'm the one paying for the services and it's my embryo) or a call until I asked them to reach out to me. It was also a nightmare trying to get our records released to the OB once we graduated from the clinic. Their excuse was that their printer was broken (it took over 1.5 weeks for them to fax records). We had to wait around to make an appt with the OB as they do not accept new patients without records. I also had to follow up and call numerous times since they were unresponsive.… The clinic pricing was much higher than other clinics in the area, so you'll need to take that into consideration against the success rates as well.

Its difficult to think how to share the appreciation I have for the Fertility CARE team, and the admiration I have for Dr. Trolice. Dr. Trolice extends sincere compassion, accentuated by the confidence of learned professional. He also extends authentic sensitivity which frames out focused and efficient methodology. As a practitioner, and a professional, Dr. Trolice is beyond reproach.

We were referred to look into IVF and after talking to Dr. Trolice decided it was not the right time for that option for us. But that is what I appreciated most about him! He was totally honest and upfront about how much it costs, and that we still have a good chance of a natural pregnancy and so the cost of IVF might not be worth it for us right now. He gave us so much great information and EVERYONE there was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to go through the huge undertaking of IVF, and if we ever get to that point, we will go to Dr. Trolice.
