Horrible experience with this provider. Medical records are very disorganized & authorizations are poorly completed & followed up on by staff. Long wait times past appointment time. Poor scheduling practices, with Dr arriving an hour plus after scheduled appointment time. Staff is RUDE! Manager, Tammy was very unprofessional during several interactions, providing no assistance & false information.

I have known Dr. Turner for 50 years. He has been my ortho doc and takes excellent care of me. His staff is fantastic, always friendly and caring. Dr. Turner spends time with me explaining his diagnosis and options and is always available to answer questions. He has a super bedside manner and I highly recommend him!

Rude! That is all I can say about the office staff. They herd you in like cattle, don’t ask you how you’re doing, they never look up at you or give you any information or courtesy calls before the appointment. The last visit was horrible. Some tattooed girl opened a door, told me to sit, didn’t ask questions/triage and I sat for 47 minutes before I finally saw the doctor who didn’t seem interested in anything I said. I told him I had osteoarthritis and he said, “well we all do.” He dismissed my concerns and appeared to be in a rush. No patient should be treated like this. I’m very dissatisfied with this doctor and his staff, except for an older nurse with auburn hair and the X-ray tech. I am looking for someone who will listen. This is not the doctor for that.

Dr. Turner is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever seen. His care and support were excellent. The times I had to wait to be seen were due to his care for his surgical patients. I highly recommend him.

Goes above and beyond the normal practices you see in some Doctors. This guy is the BEST! I was lucky enough to get him as he was the surgeon on call when I had to go to emergency room. Great Doc!

i think dr.turner has helped me tremendously. my only complaint is about his male nurse mistreated me and prolonged my pain.

The receptionist actually forgot about us!

Conservative approach to problems which I appreciate. His staff could do a better job scheduling his appointments - he spends as much time as need with patients and that usually leads to long wait times.
