Dr. Mark Andrew Voss, MD

Dr. Voss is very caring and experienced. He did my throat surgery, and I couldn't be happier. He is a wonderful physician, and I highly recommend him.

Really listens to and cares about his patients. Love him! He did wonders for my throat. I highly recommend him.

I have hearing problems and he has helped with all my questions and looking into best options for me. He is very kind and will explain everything so I can understand then. Highly recommend him ! All the negative comments seem obscured because I have had no issues. He is a very popular guy and they will try to get you in as soon as possible and he travels to Wisconsin Rapids and Wausau so that’s so helpful for me

Dr. Voss is one of the few doctors I have encountered, who actually take time to listen and answer questions patiently. He performed surgery on my son in 2010, and again this year for a separate health issue, and we were impressed with him both times. If you are looking for a doctor who is wonderful with kids, patient, and extremely informative, then I highly recommend this doctor!

Very poor bedside manner and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Had surgery that was unsuccessful and was impossible to reach him after the surgery when I was having complications. Finally got a second opinion and have to have surgery to fix the damage from the first one.

The initial visit went well. However, Dr advised me to have additional tests, said Office would handle it, wanted it done in next 2 days. Called in the afternoon of second day to find out when appointment was, no one knew what I was talking about. Billing needed appointment to be scheduled before insurance verification could be made, appointment needed billing to verify insurance before they could make appointment, so no one did anything. Took additional 4 days for appointment. When I called for results and clarification of results Assistant continually interrupted me, became defensivesive and rude.Dr Voss then called me to defend his staff, saying they reported to him that I was rude. He also didn't have answers to my questions regarding tests and results. The point is that I am not feeling any better nor do I have any more answers about my symptoms than i did before i went to Dr Voss. Just a waste of time and money at this point. One thing l have learned in my 57 years of life… experience is that the more incompetent one is, the more defensive they get when asked for clarification.

Not sure what all the negitive comments are about but I would HIGHLY recommend this doctor who is professional, courteous and intelligent. I dont think the prior comments on here are appropriate and reflective of this physician. Dr. Voss took time, detailed notes, and followed up with me on a Saturday to inform me of what he saw on a CT scan that a previous Dr did not see. I highly recommend him and would hope people would be a little more professional and accurate in their comments.

I dont approve on this doctor he is not the person to see i wait to long in the waiting room and then get bad care from him in the room
