1983, Regina Pasqua Hospital Children's’ Ward. I was a terrified 14 year old and just wanted my knee fixed. The operation actually did more damage.

In 1996 I fell on wet oil soaked asphalt parking lot and broke my left leg in 2 places. The hospital ER stuck my xray under my arm, handed me a set of crutches and told me to call my GP "tomorrow" and inform him. No, the break was not set! The next morning I called the hospital and asked who was the BEST Orthopedic Surgeon in the area and they said Wasylenko. Boy were they ever right! Hospital prognosis; walk with a limp, no more stilettos, pain during cold or rainy weather. Treated by Wasylenko 6 mos due to positioning of breaks!! Today: no limp, currently wearing stilettos, ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN EVER!! Thanks, Doc!! 5 stars!!!

We brought our 9 year old there and he scared the crap out of us by insinuating he had something very seriously wrong with him but would not say what he thought it was. He tried ordering a barrage of tests but after leaving I canceled everything and went to a doctor in Greenville who said my son was fine. This man should not have a license. Period.

How does a quack like this keep his liscense? He was a very humiliating POS & my outlook towards all Drs has gone down the tubes since my storming out of his terrible office. I`d rather have a WINO off the street as a Dr than Mark Wyselenko.

I saw this guy two years ago for a knee injury. No MRI done, he asks where it hurts. Asks me to walk on it in different manners after I tell him it hurts. He diagnoses me with a lower hamstring tear and tells me I should be better in 3 weeks. I do everything he says, including physical therapy for 3 weeks for a hamstring tear. Three weeks later I requested another doctor look at my knee. I've been in sports all my life and know what a muscle tear feels like. It didn't feel like a torn muscle and the lack of even looking at an MRI to make sure left me uneasy about his diagnosis. Sure enough second opinion tests my knee and finds lack of stability after the physical therapy. He requests a MRI and the results were a complete tear to my ACL, bruising to the bone, and a meniscus tear that will require surgery to repair. The physical therapy with those injuries probably did more harm than was already there. Almost two years later and I am finally about to have my ACL replaced to fix this… mess he caused. To say the least, I would definitely not recommend this guy.

I cannot even play with my 3 year old because of him.
